PCMC Gynac Group arranged a CME on Digital VIA-VILI for Cervical Screening.

On August 2nd, 2019 gynecologists in the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation area attended a CME organized by the PCMC Gynac Group at the Spree Shivai. The speakers gave introduction to various methods of cervical cancer screening tests, their pros and cons, and the role of gynecologists in making screening programs effective in India. Dr. Dilip Kamat, renowned gynecologist from the PCMC area gave the introductory speech while Dr. Ramesh Bhosale, Ex-HOD Gynecology, B. J. Medical College gave the keynote speech. Dr. Nikhil Parwate, Gyn-onco surgeon from Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital and Dr. Veena Rahatgaonkar from Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital also shared their experiences with practical issues of various screening tests and modern trends.
